Hi, I’m Jane of Janezworld and I write Living @ Number 8

I blog to share how we can live beyond our limitations.

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails.Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

Nurture * Serve * Empower

I created my 1st blog in in 2004/5 – when I began there was no one like Problogger to teach us how.
I have other blogs at janezworld.com

Living with illness is simply a detour sign to richer pastures.
Yes! I have survived 4 open heart surgeries.
I raised a family alone, although with the help of ‘a village’
Homestay mother: 64 students in 12 years

I focus on what is and what can be, rather than what might have been.
Even if you have physical limitations you can dream big;

if you dont have a great body; have a great mind.

I am serendipping* through my days. :

writing. sharing. finding. seeing.  sharing. doing. cooking.                                                                                                learning. sharing. laughing. listening. talking. sharing.                                                                                                         thinking. wondering.

I was born a kiwi – but surprisingly my wings worked and I could fly.

I skimmed across silver waters to a new land.

In time I became a New Zealand-Australian: a kiwi-roo.

Take a look around and see what inspires you, leave me a comment saying what and why.

(*I first saw this version of my favourite word in something a friend wrote. I just  Love it.)

How about “A World With No Borders” for a tagline? It’s not really brilliant, but that’s what came to my mind after reading your blog 🙂

    Your blog is great.
I have never seen such first page: it is very clear. You seem to be a very optimistic person, this is wonderful.

Much fun with blogging, greetings from Germany. Ursula
