heading into warmer weather downunder so lighter meals are called for

so it’s time to get the pasta thing happening…

    Your photos make it look easy. I bet it taste fantastic. My son went to cooking summer school one year and he made lasagna including the noodles from scratch. It was amazing.

    yes, you are headed into warmer weather, while I am feeling the chill! I’ve never made homemade pasta. I’m impressed!

    I have made homemade pasta a few times — mostly using my stand mixer and the attachment for it that cuts pasta. I’m kind of slow on the uptake but fresh pasta is definitely perfect for summer — it cooks so fast that the kitchen has less time to heat up. Hummmm.
