lots of planning coming up today
I woke in the wee small hours of the morning
with a broken arm.
not really, but it felt like it.
this has happened before, I know what it is.
and what to do…
so today the left side of my body is in no-go mode
today I am as a fallow field
& then, as so often happens on these days, into my sight came a gem

on her website she writes

‘in all instances, i would wish you to be a stronger and better person today than you were yesterday.’
for me the pain, discomfit, limitations of today are already a richer field for ‘I will try again tomorrow’.
