I’ve gone all country rustic this weekend.

a yummy rough cut coleslaw – i love the colours – served with a cheese omlette & home made herbed potato wedges

a slow cook beef meal. i used stirfry beef strips, tomatoes and assorted chunky vegetables.

Food is an important part of a balanced diet.

    I love the quote!! And you’re right what colorful and appealing winter meals. I love omelet dinners btw — easy and tasty. Now…. how do you make your herbed potatoes?
