I decided that I needed more structure in my life, and decided that the 1st place to look at was evening meals.
Then I came across Laura’s Menu Monday Post. I wondered if this might help me. I am sure my meal options for this week are a bit dull, however it is a begining.
31st May: Monday: Corn cobs, green garden salad
1sr Tuesday: Spaghetti Bolognaise. Greek Yogurt
2nd Wednesday: (slow cooker)Lamb curry
3rd Thursday: Omlette & salad – I might be out for this meal
4th Friday: Vol au vents & coleslaw
5th Saturday: Barley, tomato and bacon soup with homemade bread: hopefully
