It was a fascinating journey into the why and how of the author of this trilogy, for older children, set in Poland 1942.

He wanted to explore the very best in people in the very worst of circumstances.

Year in the thinking, research, this is a series I plan to read.

I have recommended it to a Primary school teacher.

The interviewer on 612 ABC Brisbane thanked Morris Gleitzman for writing in a way that has his 11 year old son enthrawled.
